Anyone try one of these?

I've had Soursop, Cherimoya and the green skinned Custard Apple before but this was the first time I was able to get my hands on a local grown Sweetsop.

 Underneath the red/purple skin is a mass of dark inedible seeds.
These seeds are encased in a creamy super sweet edible pulp that is incredibly delicious. Sweetsop tastes a lot like a pineapple blended with a pear and then mixed with creamy coconut.

Sweetsop is high in fiber, vitamin C, potassium, B6, magnesium, and folate. This exotic fruit has also been used medicinally to help treat ulcers, wounds, and digestive issues.
