I've been on a massive Miso kick lately!
Most of my lunches these days consists of an eclectic mix of quinoa, crisp greens, beans, fermented veggies and some creamy dressing made with miso paste. I found these two recipes below about a month ago and I've been using them religiously ever since.
These are fantastic tossed in a green salad or drizzled over roasted veggies too!!
