Dairy Free Eats

 raw green payapa salad made with shredded green papayas, tomatoes, cilantro, peanuts and a dressing made with fresh lime juice, garlic, coconut sugar, sea salt, and hot chilies

vegan sandwich made with Alpine Valley organic multi-grain bread ( good!!) local avocados, tomatoes, Kula red leaf lettuce, red onions and a spread made with eggless/soyless mayo mixed with sriracha

rambutans and sapodillas for breakfast
linguine pasta tossed with fresh chopped tomatoes, grilled zucchini, kalamata olives, fresh Italian parsley and basil, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, sea salt and red pepper flakes

veggie sushi rolls with carrots, cucumber and avocado

Just some dairy-less meals I've been living on these days. Thought I'd post a few pics. Definitely been eating a lot of Japanese and Thai food over the last 2 weeks. That always makes being dairy-free a whole lot easier.
