Raw Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip Shake

OMG so good!
This just might be my new favorite thing ever!!

Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
-raw vegan-
( serves 1 )
1 cup sliced frozen bananas
1 cup vanilla almond milk
small handful of spinach to sneak in your greens and add color ( you will not taste this, promise! )
a few mint leaves ( optional )
1 tsp lecithin powder
a couple drops of liquid stevia ( adjust according to desired sweetness level )
a couple drops of mint extract ( not raw but whatever )
2 tsp raw cacao nibs
Place everything in a highspeed blender except cacao nibs until "milkshake" smooth. Add cacao and pulse blender a few more times just to incorporate nibs. Top with extra nibs for an extra buzz. LOVE!
