Love, love, love Australian chef, Bill Granger so much that I just purchased two more of his popular books via

Bill's recipes are so delicious, simple, and full of that great modern Aussie/Asian/Mediterranean fusion that is making Australia such a foodies paradise these days.
 Bill's cookbooks are so beautifully photographed too that I keep some of my collection on my coffee table!
