Snack Attacks

Here's a quick list of foods I LOVE to grab if I need a quick "Fix"

For Candy Attacks: GINGER CHEWS- Spicy ginger candy from the Ginger People. They also make Apple or Peanut Flavor












For Rich and Creamy cravings: Berry Yummy Smoothie- RAW VEGAN-2 servings
2 Cups Coconut Water, 1 Cup Frozen Organic Blueberries, 2 Frozen Bananas, 1 scoop "Amazing Grass" or any other green supplement
