FOOD LOG-MAY 30TH

*"Almost Raw Granola Bar" ( 5/28 for recipe )-FYI, these freaking ROCK!

*"Flatbread Salad" ( 5/27 for recipe ) with Extra Firm Tofu this time instead of Goat Cheese. Still yummy!

*Dry Roasted Spicy Organic Pumpkin Seeds* from Eden Organic. These are awesome I will most defiantly buy again!
* Tossed Salad- Mix of Greens, Napa Cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, sunflower sprouts, sesame seeds and a dressing of 1 part Canola oil 3 parts Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar

1.5 HOUR SURF SESSION AT "Old Man's" on my 7'8"

FOOD LOG-MAY 31st

*Super Green Smoothie

*Handful of Cashews

*Avocado and Cucumber Sushi Roll from Foodland + Soy Sauce, Ginger and Wasabi

*A few of Mary's Gone Crackers ( no gluten flax crackers ) and Goat Cheese

*Dinner at Mala's Tavern in Lahaina to celebrate the breaking down of Carlos's truck!
Mala's makes an incredible Edamame Dip with Habenero salsa as a free starter with tortilla chips ( served in a Molcajete bowl ) I had just a few chips with dip because I did not want to spoil my appetite.
*Beet and Goat Cheese Salad* I wish I had a pic of this because it was divine! It was cold cubes of beet root marinated in a a light vinaigrette with Mizuna lettuce. It was then topped with a nut crusted ball of creamy chevre. YUMMMMMMM
*About 3 bites of Carlos's Chocolate souffle
*2 Glasses of Tiera Sauv Blanc
FYI-Carlos had the Soup of the Day ( Creamy Carrot Ginger! ) the Fillet Mignon and finished with Chocolate Souffle with macadamia nut ice cream! The boy still loves his meat!

*Amy's Organic Vegan Minestrone Soup and Mary's Gone Crackers ( no gluten flax crackers )

*Dinner was take out from Thai Chef in Lahaina ( my go to restaurant when I don't bring food to work! ) Love them!
Raw Vegan Green Papaya Salad ( very spicy this time! whoa! ) 1/2 Cup Thai Sticky Rice

*"Almost Raw Granola Bar"- These are sooooo addicting!

*Amy's Organic Vegan Lentil Soup

*Glass of Monkey Bay Sauv Blanc ( turning into a staple here )
